1. How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product.
2. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Tracking page.
3. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! If your country is available at checkout — we deliver there.
4. Do I have to pay customs fees?
Most of the time, there are no additional customs fees. However, in some countries, small import taxes may apply.
5. I made a mistake in my shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at hypexhelp@outlook.com . If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update the address.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
No worries! Just contact us with a photo of the product, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
